March 2, 2011I noticed when im traveling 55mph or higher, when I hit a bump, the steering wheel shakes real fast and the truck gets squirrely. Would that be a quick fix by getting the truck aligned, or getting a steering stabilizer?

March 2, 2011I had an 08 super crew that did the same thing on harder bumps and a few others had posted about this situation and I dont think anyone found a reason or fix other than putting weight in the bed.
March 2, 2011by the way my 08 stopped doing that once it was broke in and I had hauled a couple heavy loads of firewood it never did it again.
March 2, 2011Mine does that loaded or empty. I think I may have missed a few loose components in front when replacing tie rod ends. I know I need a couple new ball joints, had been thinking it could be a result of playing with the torsion bars on so many occasions, first making sure each tire size would clear, then looking for the "right" stance, and still have plenty of up and down wheel movement, though I no longer do much off roading. Well, not much playing offroad, course of a workday will get me there on occasion, though.
You can always tell when a Liberal maggot is at the end of thier rope. The first thing they do is start accusing someone or a group of bieng Racists, Fascists, or Bigots, and then duck, weave, dodg
March 11, 2011I had the same thing on my last truck. It was a worn idler arm causing it.
