September 24, 2007Doug....did you get rid of your truck or just get another one and add to the family?
Very nice btw.
September 25, 2007Woohoo. Nice, buddy. Now you have to come to BD on Oct 20th.
September 25, 2007No boys I got rid of the pavement princess. Now I can play with the big boys. Its a 2007 with a 6.0 liter TURBO DIESEL. It only had 43000 km. I could not pass it up.Now I can pull my trailer anywhere.
September 25, 2007Welcome to the dark side of cruising Now ditch the stock exhaust, intake, sit back and enjoy what torque is all about.
September 25, 2007Hey Doug...
I guess you dont need pricing on the F150 anymore huh??? heheheheh
Hows the real truck feel???
Julious, you know he will start with a SCT and exhaust.... but you know he will never end
I LOVE the look of the 05-07 body style!!!
and in 07 didn't they modify the 6.0L to share parts with the 6.4L???
September 26, 2007I would assume parts like the starter and alternator would be crossover. The heads are what is called "Commonized" meaning that the casting is the same, but the valves and such are different. The 07 heads will sit on the 08 but will not work without mods and machining, and vice versa.
October 6, 2007So Doug... its been a week or 2.... how are you liking it????
October 8, 2007I like my diesel I have towed my trailer couple times now. What a difference. Its like it not even there.I am not going to do any mods to the engine quite yet.Hope I can make it to dyno days.
