November 28, 2011So since it is time for new tires I am looking at all my different options to for tire/wheel/lift combos and began thinking. I see everyone talking about a 2-3 inch lift/level with up to 35 inch tires. I totally love to do this to my 2007 2wd but money is so much tighter than that would allow. So for now until somewhere in the not so near future, I would like to know what the biggest tire is that I can run without having to install a lift or leveling kit or leveling strut? If I can run 35`s with a leveling kit, can I run 33`s without it? Someone please break this down for me. And just to re confirm getting any kind of increase in truck height by suspension or body is not an option right now. I currently have the stock 17 inch wheels and don`t even know what size tire is on there(sorry its dark and my truck is on the other side of the apartment parking lot). It is a 2007 f150 2wd.
May I see pictures of what you are running with the stock stance on your 2wd truck?
Oh, almost forgot please and thank you!
