April 22, 2010Well today I signed the papers today for my own side business. I am starting a business on the side, I work a full time 7-3:30pm Mon-Friday job with FULL insurance benefits. I am very excited about this, I am 24 years old, and I have the enthusiasm, and motivation for what I will be creating/selling, plus I am very close to making an offer on a home, to call my own. Anyways, I do A LOT of experimenting in the kitchen, plus absolutely love to barbeque. Last summer, I started playing with the grille, and created a beef dry rub, and would make london broils on the grille using my dry rub, and the people at the campground we camp at, went wild for it. Needless to say, I am going to start my own line of seasoning for meats, chilli seasonings, french fry seasonings, taco meat seasonings, etc, and see what I can make out of this. I dont have much to lose, being this will be on the side.
I just wanted to share, what I am excited about.
