March 13, 2009Hey Tippy why didn''t you just call this forum for it''s real purpose..........bash religion?
This''ll be a great forum for post ho-ing.
Guess there will be alot of Sauls around.
March 13, 2009Cuz Tippy will not tolerate bashing. His itchy BAN finger would end up hitting the button sooner *or* later
Its been awhile so im sure he is waiting for one, he needs his fix!!!!!
March 13, 2009REBORN,
There will always be those that that are critical of our faith. That will not change regardless of where this forum is located. It will be OK
March 13, 2009Ok. One question though--
Has Obama ever professed his specific faith. I was thinking about this and I can''''t find where he says specifically he is a Christian. Ha says he is a man of faith but he supports our taxes going for abortion, gay marriages and cloning. Notice he never says human cloning either.
Spare parts maybe?
My God is still the One at the end of each day.
p.s.~ how about Conn. gov''t trying to take over the Roman Catholic church the other day huh??
March 13, 2009Can''t point to a specific quote, but I have heard the President say that he is a Christian. Weather *or* not it is beleivable is left to be debated. In the end.... the truth will come out.
But yes... there is no question that the Christian faith is under attack. Personally, I think that churches of all faiths should seperate themselves from the government.
In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem.
-President Ronald Reagan
March 13, 2009Amen!
March 13, 2009"Personally, I think that churches of all faiths should seperate themselves from the government."
Agreed, and they should lose their tax exempt status at the same time. Why are my tax dollars supporting your religion?
March 13, 2009...""Personally, I think that churches of all faiths should seperate themselves from the government."...
..."Agreed, and they should lose their tax exempt status at the same time. Why are my tax dollars supporting your religion? "...
Absolutely. They are nothing more then a corporate enterprise in this aspect.
March 13, 2009You''re tax dollars do not support my church.
I don''t have a religion. I have a way of life. I don''t act like a Christian. I live it. Fail as I might I still can say at the end of the day my God loves me for who I am.
Phil( I can get to like this forum )
March 13, 2009Phil,
If you have ever:
- Stepped foot in a church
- attended a church function
- attended a church sponsored event
- received mailed materials from a church
then my tax dollars are supporting you. Time for that to stop. Be a good conservative and stand on your own two feet without government religious welfare.
