August 9, 2008My manifold is cracked,so I figured I''d upgrade. Anyone else put headers on and has anyone found a set with a bung for the o2 sensor?

August 9, 2008My Borla headers failed me a couple of weeks ago and found a new set of manifolds would cost me upwards of $1200. Parts alone. While shopping around, I learned there were a number of headers for the V10 but only one that made them as heavy as Doug Thorley. Thorley''''s were 14 gauge as opposed to 18 gauge made by Hedman.
I talked to Nick at Doug Thorley who gave me options to find them cheaper than what he could sell them for and I ended up purchasing a set from Brent at BJ''''s Offroad (one of the vendors that Nick referred me to). $640 shipped. I can''''t say enough about the service these gentlemen gave me and really great price at that. They shipped out same day and I found my Ford dealer was more than willing to install.
I''''ve had these things on only 3 days now and I can''''t remember my truck ever running as good and sounding as good as it does now. I would highly recommend anyone consider this route. Also, Brent at B''''J.''''s quoted me ceramic headers at only $80 more.
Son, you got a panty on your head
March 31, 2009I recently replaced my rotted out JBA headers with "ebay" headers that looked identical to the JBA cat-4ward type. I paid $125 shipped and they look much better than the JBAs did.
