October 2, 2006which badges are they (grille, tailgate, fender)?
October 2, 2006The fenders and tailgate.....not the Ford emblem on my tailgate though.
October 2, 2006I would use fishing line. Use it like a saw, run it between the body and the badge.
October 2, 2006yea.. heat the badge up with a blow dryer then use fishing line to cut through the adhesive stuff
October 12, 2006Used a moulding adhesive and stripe removal wheel by Norton Automotive.
October 14, 2006ive got a question, ive been thinking about debadging my truck. were those holes under the badge there originaly? just wondering because i noticed the badges you had on before that werent the stock ones. dont want to take off my f-150 badges only to find out there is some holes there.
October 14, 2006Dustin, the stock badges have nipples on the back of them that fit into those factory holes.
October 15, 2006Now I see why everyone takes their badges off, to play with the nipples.lol. I played with mine till they turned chrome and yes theres one hole behind the badge.
