August 3, 2010I have the same problem with my 04 150. Took off the bumper to try to diagnose prob, and when I went to put it back on, having fiddled with it for a couple hours, it sagged worse after reinstall.
August 3, 2010Plastic parts being held to plastic parts by plastic parts? NO vehicle is made these days like they used to be.

my God! it`s going to snow early this year!
unfortunetly he is right!
August 16, 2010i think i had the same problem with my 92 f150. the bolts on the bottom rusted out. i was lucky enough to have enough steel left that i drilled new holes, and attached it to the frame with a steel plate. five minute fix
August 17, 2010No, it`s not that at all!! The bumper is mounted to the frame rails by steel brackets. It almost looks like mine got warped or bent somehow, but I`ve never bumped anything nearly hard enough to bend them.
August 18, 2010who said you had to bump something to bend your bumper? It could be a parking lot injury you`re looking at.
